Family Guy - The Perfect Castaway is the 12th episode of the Family Guy Season 4.

In this Family Guy episode, Peter, Quagmire, Cleveland and Joe go on a fishing trip, but their boat sinks when a storm breaks loose. They survive on a raft built out of Quagmire's sex dolls and set ashore on a desert island. Several months later, they are rescued by a passing cruise ship. Upon returning home, Peter finds that Lois has married Brian, thinking her husband was dead. She is, of course, overjoyed to see Peter safe when they are saved by a cruise ship, but is torn between her love for Peter and her commitment to Brian. Peter then puts Lois into having sex, restoring their love for each other.
